Why We Exist

Our mission: To offer quality and sustainable charitable care through partnerships with volunteer providers and host locations throughout Tennessee.

Our purpose: To serve as a means of entry into the health system for community members, to offer willing providers a safe and fulfilling means to serve patients at the community level, and to bolster efforts at expanding care solutions for rural communities in Tennessee.

Our motivation: The grace given through Jesus, to experience a life full of forgiveness, love, compassion, and tenderhearted service. To mirror the readiness to give time and attention to others, just as Christ does for us.

Field Missions of Tennessee is a registered Volunteer Health Service in TN (TCA 63-6-706), which allows licensed health providers to volunteer services at a dramatically reduced level of liability. Field Missions of Tennessee is a 501c3 organization, which means donations are tax deductible.

Our Leadership

  • Samuel LeFave, MJ, Student Doctor (OMS1)

Samuel has a long standing passion for community based care and has led volunteer health efforts for years. Samuel is a DO student at Lincoln Memorial University and looks forward to recruiting young doctors to serve in “the field” as well!

  • Bailey Talent, BS, Student Dentist (D2)

Bailey has been involved in health outreach for as long as she’s wanted to be a dentist…which means a long time! Bailey comes with unique experience organizing clinics, recruiting volunteers, and managing follow-up needs.

  • Samuel LeFave, MJ; Amanda Gray, RN, BSN

This team ensures our clinical volunteers are resourced appropriately and protected. Amanda is our natural organizer and protector with compliance experience and a risk management mind- all this so you can feel comfortable serving charitably at FMOTN!

  • Kelly Denton, RN, BSN

When Kelly is not saving lives in the ICU, she can be found engaging with numerous providers in the community. Kelly has a natural born desire to connect with people and offer the best care possible. Kelly is eager to connect you with opportunities to serve in FMOTN!

  • Joe Holloway, BS

If Joe isn’t selling a house, you can bank on him either watching sports or serving his community in one of many ways. Joe is a born marketer and businessman- both qualities that help poise FMOTN for high impact and lasting success.
